First of all, it's quite fluffy... good value for money.
I'm curious if it's washable too?
I wanted a soft cushion and the reviews were good, so I decided to buy it. It's not a chair that collapses when you sit on it, but a chair that slowly collapses. It recovers quickly when you stand up. It's okay. I just washed the shell and put it back on.
